Do you do custom orders?

I do not take customer orders for originals, but would love to hear from admirers about what there favorite color schemes and styles are and what you would like to see more of.  For prints orders, please email me and I'll be happy to help you find what you are looking for.

Do you offer licensing?

Where are products printed or created? What materials do you use?

All quality art prints are printed on the fine art material of your choice and shipped from Northern California. Originals are painted and shipped from Sacramento, CA. All my original artwork is made with acrylics on mixed media paper or stretched canvas. Prints and originals will always be shipped seperately.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

I offer many sales throughout the year and for first time buyers. In addition to sales, discounts for bulk orders are considered for customers purchasing more than 10 items and for corporate projects. I always have ideas and solutions so please email me with any questions. 

How do you ensure your color accuracy and quality?

I use a color calibator on my monitor and laptop every few months to ensure I'm capturing colors as accuratley as poosible. I also use a high quality graphic arts scanner to capture quality digial images of my artwork. All images are scanner at 300 to 600 dpi depending on the size of the artwork.

I Want to order, but unsure about options?

I want to offer a quality product that will last for generations. Each print is inspected for quality, printed with color accuracy, carefully packaged and printed on fine art materials. Email me with any questions about sizes or materials. We can work together to find the best option for you. If you are interested in a more basic, affordable print, please email me for more options. 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING PRICES Free, standard shipping is offered for domestic orders over $50. 

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please Contact Us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days for ground shipping. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

• All sales are FINAL with the exception of damaged items.
• We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
• If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact carollynn.tice@t30gallery.com with your order number for further instructions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

All print sales are final once they are processing. All sales of original art is final once the artwork is shipped. Please contact carollynn.tice@t30gallery.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.  Once the order is sent to my print vendor, I am unable to make changes. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
